Worst ever!!! Once you make a few claims the following year they triple your premium and tell you it's the age of your pet . Also once you make a claim that is now a pre existing illness and no other company will ever cover that so you're pretty much stuck. SO MANY better choices out there now. Do your research before going with this company because you'll definitely regret it.
WARNING! AVOID THESE THIEVES! Our dog had to be euthanized due to cancer yet PetPlan refused to cover the costs of her diagnostics and final care. Then they lied about her policy expiring. I receive a variety of bogus excuses and lies. DO NOT USE THIS LYING, THIEVING COMPANY!!!
