Our children have been going here for the past few years. The staff and Dr. Jane were friendly and treated our kids good, which is a positive. The price of care is more expensive than other places. One of our children needed quite a bit of extensive work done. When we tried to call and have a chat with the dentist about our options she would not call us back and only would talk through her staff. This was a red flag to me. I have been so happy with our experience with Dr. Jane Stieber Amato! My child was referred to a pediatric dentist after a difficult appointment. We visited a different pediatric dentist office that only seemed to make matters worse. I decided to give Petoskey Pediatric Dentistry a try. My daughter had the best experience at the office. First time there and she was so relaxed. She sat through a cleaning and xrays no problem. My daughter looks forward to going back to the dentist. 100% highly recommend, especially if you have children scared of the Dentist! Paige, Dr. Jane & Ivy were awesome!
We feel nothing but positive, safe, comfortable, and well cared for every time we come in for treatment with our son. Everyone who works there is so kind, and their compassion truly shows in the way they interact with us and with all the children receiving dental care.
Very great with daughter. She did not want X-rays and everyone was great and encouraging to help her get them done. Love this place.
