The staff ia amazing. Very polite and helpful. The doctors explain everything in a way you can understand. And take as much time with you without feeling rushed. Great job everyone!
I’m very frustrated with the service I received. When I first called after learning I was pregnant, I was told to call once I gave birth, and they would get me in within a week. I trusted that. But when I called again after giving birth, I was told the earliest appointment was six months out. That’s completely different from what I was told before and left me without the care we needed. This kind of misinformation is unacceptable— no matter if they are short staffed.
Melinda (reception) was awesome. Jenni was awesome. In both written intake materials and interaction with Jenni there was sensitivity to matching care with our family values. Didn’t rush us through and was very thorough in answering questions.
