I had been going here since I was a little kid, and loved both Dr Signs and Dr Duarte. I was on a great path to get treatment, including having multiple specialists on my care team. But I was switched to Jenni and all of that changed as she was both fixated, convinced, and biased that I had an eating disorder which was (in her opinion) the causation of all my other health issues. The staff ia amazing. Very polite and helpful. The doctors explain everything in a way you can understand. And take as much time with you without feeling rushed. Great job everyone!
I’m very frustrated with the service I received. When I first called after learning I was pregnant, I was told to call once I gave birth, and they would get me in within a week. I trusted that. But when I called again after giving birth, I was told the earliest appointment was six months out. That’s completely different from what I was told before and left me without the care we needed. This kind of misinformation is unacceptable— no matter if they are short staffed.
