We bought the most beautiful wedding dress for my daughter! Loved the customer service and the selection!!
Was very misinformed on a few things while in the process of picking out and ordering my bridesmaids dresses after making three to four trips in to the shop. Will be taking my business else where.
Staff was completely incompetent and unprofessional regarding the shipping of my bridesmaid dress. After MULTIPLE phone calls regarding a simple shipment they still managed to spell the receiver's name wrong and sent without a receipt. Just awful.
I purchased my dream dress from Petoskey Bridal and I can not wait to wear it at my wedding this summer! My consultant was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure that I had the perfect wedding dress! I loved my experience here!
I had great service, and found "the dress", a beautiful MOH dress in a similar style, and an adorable flower girl dress for my daughter. Plus the perfect jewelry! Petoskey Bridal also had the burnt orange color we were looking for when everybody else only had pumpkin orange. Thank you Melva!!!
