We were refused service at PetMedic Urgent Care last night. Reason? Because they closed in 30 mins. Picture being frantic over your pet collapsing and crying and you rush out to anything that's open. This place closed at 8 and it being 730 we rushed right in. They said since they're closing I need to go somewhere else. Regardless of their capabilities here, their bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. If I turned a customer away at my work 30 mins before closing I would be looking for a new job. Couldn't be more pleased or relieved that we live nearby! Our big orange cat had an emergency and we immediately rushed out and began calling. We were able to speak over on the phone and get him in asap. They were fantastic, quickly identified a foreign object lodged in the throat & Dr. Binzer quickly and efficiently outlined what was happening, needed, and options.
