The sympathy card I received on Tuesday was a sweet gesture after my beloved Zeus passed away on Sunday. The vaccination reminder for Zeus I received today was devastating as was as the lack of compassion I received when I called the office to point out the error. After 20 years as a client, I expected better.
We have been taking our dogs to Petmed for 13 years now. The staff have always been kind and very helpful! I love the fact that whenever I call or come in they always remember our dog, and treat our dogs as if they were their own.
Everyone that works there is very friendly, helpful, and great with all the cats, dogs that we bring in for them to take care of. They are great! Thank you!
