Was searching for a lower rate through multiple insurance companies. I heard about this one and spoke with bre the insurance agent who was wonderful. I was able to get a much lower rate. Amazing customer service.
My experience dealing with PetleyHare has been nothing but exceptional. Bre-anne is the best person to deal with. She’s accommodating, she’s patient, she’s kind and she listens. She always goes above and beyond to find a solution, or the best possible outcome for my insurance needs. PetleyHare has helped me in ways other insurance companies couldn’t. It’s not always about the company, sometimes it’s about a person who makes the company worth it.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I have been insured with Petley-Hare since 2022, and my policy was up for renewal on March 2, 2026. I never received my renewal package by mail or email. When I called to my broker Bre-Anne the morning of my renewal date, I was told it hadn’t even been sent. That alone is incredibly unprofessional.
