Such a positive experience. Purchased our 2 babies from Petland in Tyler, Tx. Steve Soape was fantastic. Excellent customer service. Our babies were perfectly healthy. We were given so much with our purchase as well. A crate, water bottle, food, vitamins, toys, 30 days free pet insurance, connection with a top veterinarian for continued care and much more.
Great Experience. Cari was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, though, and genuinely cares about the animals and educating potential owners about the animals.

This store has been in our community for many years and I am proud to say that. They have done a great job of delivering great customer service and caring for their pets. My husband and I purchased our baby here several years ago and because of how rare a breed she is, this would not have been possible without Petland Tyler. Our Toby is happy and has brought so much joy into our lives and for that I am truly thankful for this store and its staff.
Don't buy a dog from here. They are selling sick dogs and I have proof. Check out the complaints on BBB of Tyler, call the vets in the area especially the emergency vets. My dog died 19 days later. Something was wrong with her lungs and I can prove it. Also do your research on the Internet, I wish I had. There are a lot of complaints about sick dogs being sold here.

I'm thinking about buying a pet so I stopped by this location during a busy weekend. We were greeted by a lovely employee named Jessica. Her bubbly personality and smile made us very excited to shop around and find a pet for our home. Jessica is very knowledgeable and took extra time to inform us about different dog breeds, maintenance to think about, food choices for puppies, as well as cute accessories. Although we didn't purchase that day we will certaintly be back to find a furry friend.
My family and I had a remarkable, unforgettable and professional experience with Lorraine tonight. She was very caring, attentive and supportive to our needs and preferences. Her spirit is so genuine and it is quite obvious that she loves her job. As a result of her optimal customer service, we added a new addition to our pet family! Where do I begin. The store is dirty, fish tanks dog kennels everything. Filthy. The staff is helpful but the prices for dogs are ridiculous even the ones that mixes! Little variety and is expensive! Rather go to another store that is cleaner and cheaper.
