Customer service is excellent I have been shopping at this store for a very long time! It has a great variety of products and pets. The customer service is excellent as well. Do yourself a favor and visit the Petland in Strongsville.

Nice experience I liked how small the pet was. It felt good helping him. My friends got a good reaction towards the dog. The name of my pet is Charlie and he is a chihuahua. The service was very good. Had a very nice experience.

What a great store What a great store with the most helpful employees. Everyone is so nice and willing to help, and even answered all the stupid questions i asked. The assistant manager was extremely helpful and carried our products to the counter. I forgot the employee's name who took our stuff to the car and even opened the door for my mom. A wonderful experience and will be back the next time i come to visit my mom in here
Very knowledgable I love this store! It's easy to navigate and find your products in! I recently switched my cats food over to a brand that a lot of stores aren't carrying. Petland had it! I also really like that everyone here is extremely nice and helpful! They are very knowledgeable about their products and animals in general. When I asked a worker their about how two different cat food brands compared to each other, she answered me right off the cuff and broke them both down for me. Love it!
