Customer service is excellent I have been shopping at this store for a very long time! It has a great variety of products and pets. The customer service is excellent as well. Do yourself a favor and visit the Petland in Strongsville.
I'll be back I bought a yorkie poo from this location and she is my little princess. She was the second out of three dogs we have taken from the store and as soon as we have more room in the house, there will be more!
Happy Staff was extremely helpful. Came home with the best possible addition to my family. I am so happy and I am thankful for wonderful experience. :)
New puppy Our new puppy is doing really well. We have another dog and three cats at home and he does awesome with all of them . Thank you Petland!
Best quality food I expected this pet shop to be very pricey, but much to my amazement, I found their products to be considerably less costly than even online discount pet companies. (I'm an avid researcher and price comparer.) They have the best quality foods available, as well as some pet 'junk food' like Pedigree. (BTW, their canned Pedigree is $.50 a can LESS than it is at the RIte Aid Drug up the street.) Animal lovers A good pet store right in your neck of the woods! My family and I started going to Petland after we got our first parakeets! Then later on when we got guinea pigs! And now, with our two little dogs! The best thing about Petland is that it's local and HUGE. Anything you need for your pet can be found here and often at a lower price than most places. All of the employees there are real animal lovers and will help you with anything. They are very knowlegable and extremely friendly.
Best investment I have made Blue and gold Macaw siblings purchased on 07/24/13, named Louie and Lucy. They are adapting well and love their new home. I adore these two. Best investment I have made in a lonnng time.
Love Petland! I purchased both of my cats from Petland and I love them, they are most affectionate cats I have ever seen. The package they came with was great, I originally wasn't able to get a kitten because of all the fees, but the vet care and vaccinations helped out greatly. I will definitely get another pet from Petland in the future.
