Petland Plano is making a difference for rescued animals in Dallas/ Fort Worth . They partner with the League of Animal Protectors and have been a critical support in saving many rescued animals with us . It takes a village and Petland Plano is a great model and example for other Petlands to follow.
I know that this store was not involved in the situation they are being harassed about! The people who are doing the harassing don't bother to check facts, they just run their mouths and they don't know what they are talking about! Most of them don't even live in Texas! If you are as reputable as you insist you are, you will get clarification on this puppy situation from the shelter and post it ver batem. Doing business with them is only hurting you as this story is now national via social media. They have several nasty things in their past that show they are not a suitable rescue so by continuing to work with them you are just as bad. I am the dog director for League of Animal Protectors. Lisa and Kelsey have been extremely supportive of our rescued dogs. They provide doggie daycare, socialization and boarding, supporting our foster homes and our rescue work. Thank you, Plano Petland for being a role model for all Petlands. Kudos to Plano Petland!
Lisa and her staff love animals so much! It is like going to the pet store when I was a child! Lots of different kinds of animals there, you can pet rabbits, guinea pigs, and see such a wide variety of pets. Petland Plano store has generously allowed rescue groups to hold adoption drives there instead of selling puppy mill dogs. They too are trying to save dogs from being euthanized at city shelters.
