Petland Plano is a family owned full service pet store. We offer knowledgeable staff, great customer service, and lots of items for your pets. We do not sell puppies, but we partner with rescue groups and always have puppies available for adoption. Petland Plano is my favorite place to shop for my furbabies. The staff is a family and treats you like a dear friend the minute you walk in. They always take their time to answer questions and chat about my family. I fostered a kitty from the rescue that they partner with and both the store and the rescue has been great to work with. I won't go anywhere else with my animal needs especially if I'm looking for good information.
This Petland store is the nicest store with the nicest helpful people. It is clean and they are the only Petland in town that does have puppy mill dogs. They only do rescue dogs. They support rescue and have adoption drives every Saturday. The rescue has the cutest dogs! Please everyone support the Petland that supports rescue!
Excellent place with excellent caring staff. They helped us find homes for all the rescue dogs we brought in. Very nice to know they care! THANK YOU ALL!

I boarded my 2 LAP foster dogs here for a weekend. The ladies there were very kind and my pups were happy and healthy when i picked them up :)
Wonderful Petland location that helps rescues! Other Petlands should follow their lead!
Associating with a pathetic so-called rescue that only takes pups and leaves the mom behind to die will bring down your reputation as well. Please REFUSE to have anything to do with A Different Breed Rescue. They are pathetic dog killers. There's NO EXCUSE to leave mom behind if you have a reputable rescue. Otherwise, they are a puppy mill and just as bad.
I have been here many times, and am very impressed. They are always very kind and helpful, and give them nothing but praise.
