lower prices on your animals!!!!!!!!!! prices are way ridiculous! And making one buy the food,crate,toys,etc. with it is also not necessary. Yes,the animal needs certain things but you should not force one to buy these things if they don't want to from your store!!!!! Also,not telling price ranges on the phone making one drive over an hour and coming home emptied handed and disappointed cuz of your prices is sad.
We got our very sweet pug there. The staff was amazing I highly recommend buying your forever friend from there
Very helpful and did not pressure use into doing anything we didn't want to do. Turned out dog was a little sick with kennel cough. My wife called to let them know, since it's highly contagious and they offered to pay all Vet bills for it without even asking. Great customer service! — with Megan Greasor-Clark.
Sold my brother a dog for $2,300 and a week later the dog can hardly walk and the vet stated it had a bone disease and they refuse to refund his money (for the dog, we dont care about the expensive vet bills) and has been VERY rude.! Will never bring business back here again..
My son bought a very expensive dog here, took the dog to the vet and she has a bone disease! Pet land is a joke. If they don’t refund my sons money I will get an attorney involved! You want to give him another pup, but it is not what they wanted! They should expect for the dog that they fell in love with and wanted to be healthy !
We paid $1800 for our dog. I love her to death, but she has a TON of health issues (collapsing trachea, luxating patella, ear infections). This place does not sell healthy animals. I’m not the only one who has had issues.
Recommendedthese guys were great! we went in to buy a parakeet for my daughter because we had one pass away a few days earlier. the bird we bought is beautiful and she's much friendlier than the one we already have from another store. I could tell these animals were much more handled and people friendly than the larger chain store in town and the staff was very helpful! will definitely be returning for more business in the future!
my experience was horrible. I wanted to buy a puppy and chose one that was extremely over priced, but I had over half the money in cash no one offered me financing. I spoke with one of the owners and she was very rude and walked away before offering any help. I would never step foot in there again. I would never recommend anyone shopping there.
Should see pets from humane society, NOT from puppy mills.
