went in there and possibly purchasing a new pet. we were dismissed by the staff. So rude!
ADOPT DON'T SHOP...when you "buy" an animal from a pet store you are supporting the profit of the store and puppy mills, yes some breeders are reliable but many are able to keep the public unaware of the neglect suffered by the dogs they breed constantly in inhumane conditions...that cute puppy often comes from a very neglected female dog, please educate yourselves on this issue, you are NOT 'rescuing' a pet, you are contributing to the neglect of its mother for profit (this is Not the case for shelter animals that go to Pet... read more
The workers here are very rude. I didn’t get the name of one of the ladies there, but she was being VERY rough with the little puppies. She looked like she was on something too. Don’t recommend going there unless you would like to be treated poorly.
Stop giving puppies sugar to make them eat. Stop including things in their puppy package no puppy should ever have added to their food. Take things back from the puppy package that people don't want. Stop requiring people to buy their food or forfeit insurance they didn't ask for anyway.
Had a really good time playing with the pups.
I dont recommend this place we bought a cat to find out it was deathly I'll, they didn't want to cover the vet cost even tho we where in our 7day grace period. They also microchipped the cat without our concent made us pay $500 for the cat and now that we find out its microchipped they want me to pay an additional $40 to transfer it into my name. Do Not go here Bad business we will be reporting this place to the BBB.
