I have been to both locations and have given this company numerous chances. They are slow, rude and rough with the animals. The last straw was when I picked up my dog this week, Wanda had groomed one side of his head, and left the other long. I will never go there again. I'm sorry I recommended them the a friend. She had a similar experience this week as well.
I came here because I received a 50$ voucher for grooming. They called me 5 minutes after I dropped my pretty large dog off saying they needed to charge me extra because she wasn't liking the bath. When I picked her up she was still soaking wet. I had asked them to put flea and tick shampoo on her and they didn't. One of her nails was clipped all the way down to her paw. And they still charged me over $60. I shouldn't have been charged the full grooming amount when all they did was clip her nails. Management was really rude ... read more
