I used to love using Mariela and the MOBILE Spa! but recently the customer service has let me down and now I was told they don't offer mobile services, which defeats the purpose of a mobile spa. they never get back to me in a timely manner, they cancel appts with no notice and they don't have a certain guaranteed schedule, even when you make an appt months in advance, which is necessary because the calendar is always full. Absolutely obsessed!! Mariela was super professional and sweet! She was very punctual and communicated when she was on her way. Loved her so much I booked my next appointment on the spot! Now with Covid a lot of us are working from home. Because she was parked right outside my home I was able to still connect to my Wifi and work while she did my pedi. GENIUS Idea! Gracias Mariela!
I just love the fact that you can feel in a salon, but just outside of your house. The quality of the service that I received was amazing. I would definitely call them again.
