I just have to share how amazing the nurses at the health centre were to me today. I am 34 weeks pregnant, and had to do the 2 hour bloodwork test. My legs and feet have been swelling so instead of me sitting in the waiting room, the sweetest nurses brought me back to the comfiest reclining chair, brought me a blanket and a bell incase I needed anything. The nurse who does the bloodwork even came to me, so I didn’t have to get up. They truly went above and beyond and it means more than they’ll ever know. Thank you again!!!

Couldn’t ask for a better doctor or staff. They have always been there for me over the years. Dr Brown is great! The staff have been great to me at the front desk and anywhere in the clinic. With a motorcycle accident I had, the nurses and front desk always went above and beyond. Can’t thank everyone there enough!

Unable to get an appointment when needed, told to call back a week later and they would make me an effort to get an earlier appointment then. refusing to make me an appointment for an ongoing condition the doctor is aware of, absolutely disgusted by this Reception is rude and ignorant. Talk down to you as if you’re less then human and they are god
