My personal experience from Petit Plumbing was by far a pleasant one. They were prompt and professional with making repairs. This company was informative and extremely helpful in resolving the problem. I cant say enough good things about this company. If your looking for a highly quality contractor then this is the company to go with as I was very impressed with the way they conduct business.
Quick response to an emergency situation, on time, courteous, no frills, accurate description of problems and solutions. Reasonable prices and highest quality work. My only plumber from this point on.
Chuck came by to service our dryer vent. In spite of the circuitous routing of the line in the concealed ceiling, he was able to get an unbelievable amount of lint out of there. No way was anyone without the proper equipment and training getting that stuff removed to abate the fire hazard. He arrived on time and did a nice, thorough job at a good price. When the job was complete, he left the house as orderly as he found it. I highly recommend his services based on my experience.
I called because I couldn't get my water heater pilot light lit. Instead of charging me for a house call he said he would save me the money and walked me through how to fix it on my own, over the phone. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely to business with him because he clearly puts the customer first and acts with integrity.
I had a water heater changed out of my attic and they did a great job. Quick, clean and professional. I was worried about my white carpets, but I picked the right man for the job. I would definitely recommend them.

Called to check out Fireplace Logs that kept going out. Told me I needed new logs. Sent someone else out to install logs and gas line only needed cleaning.
