I’ve been working with them since I moved states and had to come off of my parent’s insurance plan. Everyone I’ve spoken to and worked with from this place has been nothing but professional, kind, and courteous. I visited the office 07/22/2024 for a year renewal and was treated very disrespectfully! I has been with this office for three years and never had any complain but I noticed they changed the staff and looks like everything changed too! Rudest bunch of people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I called in and was treated like dirt and the way they talk to each other and on phones also abhors me. The woman has a major attitude problem. Her name was Renee very condescending and I see other people’s reviews and I’m not the only one to have a problem with her.
