Veterinarian was very nice and so were the other people! Very gentle with our baby and made him feel safe.
The vet had a very calming demeanor and explained all the details of my cats health. The vet tech was also very good with my anxious cat.
Petfolk was amazing! Got me an appointment super quick. I got there early and they got me in and out. My nurse was super friendly and personable. The doctor was friendly as well and treated my baby Zion (a cat) with extreme care. She felt comfortable and overall we had a great visit.
First and foremost, Jenn is amazing. She’s the tech who held my hand through this entire fiasco and was a phenomenal intermediary between me and the internal review board. My dog now has heart worms AND Lyme disease because of this facility’s negligence. I’m making this review short because it has been a living hell to deal with for the last 3 months.
