Our Siggie tore her toe open on a Sunday morning and Dr. Cole’s was very attentive and careful with her. He did an amazing job making sure all our needs were met. We came in nearly at closing with an issue with her toe and he got her taken care of right away. Thanks Dr. Coles!
Shady website. Offers $100 off promo code. No transparent pricing, though, and you have to give your credit card information just to book an appointment. I'm also particularly frustrated that they took away my timeslot while I was putting in my credit card information. I'm glad I didn't finish putting in my card, because that was enough to turn me away. I was already seeing red flags, and that was the last one. Everyone has been so incredibly friendly, caring, professional and knowledgeable! I am incredibly happy with the medical care Athena recieved. I do love that there is an informational app and a chat option to get some advice, but I am having some issues with not having a direct line to call the specific location my dog is at. However, there has been no issues being routed from central to the office. It's a relatively small thing when Athena recieves such excellent care though. I would definitely reccomend Petfolk!
The online check-in process was very nice and when we arrived we were met quickly and taken into an exam room. The staff are true animal lovers and thoroughly explained our treatment plan to get her feeling better.
