Very devoted staff ! Fast response to an emergency situation, with very caring and kind Dr and staff !
Dr. Williams and the VA were fantastic. Really informative and I learned something new and how to best take care of my cat!
As most know getting your new puppy ready for a vet appointment can be difficult. I came exactly 7 mins late to my vet appointment. With Dallas traffic I believe that was pretty reasonable. That being said they said they already had 2 pets back there and couldn’t see us??? I scheduled the appointment 2 weeks prior giving at least a 10 minute grace period should be standard. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the this costumer service. 0/10 recommend.
