Facility is very clean, and fancy. Vet tech and doctor were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and experienced. Definitely would recommend
Top tier service and care from the whole team. Brought my puppy, Dingo, for his first round of vaccines at PetFolk. We even did a cute little photo shoot at the end of his visit! Dr. H was very patient with Dingo and gave wonderful training advice. So glad I choose to visit PetFolk for my dogs and cats. The vet took extra time to approach my nervous boy by sitting on the floor with him, petting him, and encouraging him to approach her on his own. I felt like I was in an assembly line at my previous vet. They were trying to get us in and out as quickly as possible. My dog was anxious just being in that environment and terrified when the Dr came into the room because his energy was rushed and unfriendly. The previous vet also misdiagnosed my dog and she almost lost her life. Because of that terrible experience I started searching for a new vet and found Petfolk. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names of the vet tech or veterinarian both they were both fabulous. I came Sunday morning at 9:30 and my cats name is Peanut. They were both so kind and compassionate. They reassured me my cat wasn’t dying and told me how to help her. I was be forever gratefulc 9/10 Peanut and I went back today because she continues to have diarrhea.
