Dr. Berrios and assistant were excellent! Both were so attentive and gentle with Jiji my cat. They were professional throughout the examination, keeping me well informed on billing and very through in explaining aftercare and medications. Truly one of the best vet experiences I’ve ever had. Will definitely make Petfolk my go to veterinary provider for all my animals. Highly recommended!!!
Nurse Mallory and Dr. Clemmett were absolutely amazing with my girl, Riley! Mallory was so sweet, knowledgeable, and informative, and she took extra time to comfort my nervous pup with so much love and patience. She was even able to do things Riley has never let anyone else do before—checking her ears and mouth, drawing blood, and collecting urine. I had such an amazing experience at this veterinary office today and I’m so grateful for how kind and welcoming everyone was from the moment we walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and made both me and my cat feel comfortable right away. My cat was having some severe issues today, so I was extremely relieved and grateful that they were able to get him in and see him the same day. We had the best experience at Petfolk! Our dog was having issues which was super scary! Our providers Dr.Jones & Nurse Lext were incredibly kind, caring and thorough with helping our pup! I really appreciated them answering all my questions and treating him with the same love and care we give him at home. They were also wonderful about providing pet insurance and finding the best tests & costs available! We are so glad to have found the perfect vet for our baby!
Brought my dog in for an emergency and we were welcomed by lexy. She made us feel welcomed and was very patient. She walked us through all the different options and was very professional. Very respectful staff and fast! 10/10!
