We recently brought our baby Stella in when she wasn’t feeling well, and the entire team at Petflok was wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with her, which made a stressful situation feel so much easier. The office itself is spotless, such a refreshing change since so many places aren’t this clean. Absolute SCAM. I brought my dog here for an eye injury. The “doctor” didn’t even get out of his seat to do an examination, but charges $99. The entire exam consisted of him watching my dog walk around the exam room for 30 seconds. Then proceeded to charge another $80 for a tiny tube of ointment. Go to a real animal hospital, this place is a joke.
Wow, I have to say how disappointed I am in this place pet folk I took my dog for An ear infection She’s a French bulldog and seems to get them two or three times a year her usual Vet that I go to pack her ear and she’s fine within a day. Well, I called them two days after to let them know that the ear is still very red doesn’t look any better. And also, I was very annoyed because I was charged for something. The place was immaculately clean, and the doctor could not have been nicer. Dr. Shaw was the vet and he was very nice and the rest of the staff was nothing but sweet. I highly recommend them.
I am an owner of a pet grooming salon and I know what good pet care looks like and these guys are great.
