Yall really outdid yourselves today and a special shoutout to Kim Rn. I really had an amazing experience at Petfolk today. I woke up this morning and found my cat in pain and howling. As any concerned pet parent would do. I dropped everything for my day canceled all my appointments just so I could find a way to get her into a doctor. Staff was super attentive and worked with my usually anxious dog, really well!
Very professional and caring staff! My dog had a dental cleaning and they were very communicative and transparent through the whole process! No hidden or surprise fees.
The entire staff is kind and loving. I really appreciated being able to get a same day appointment. Mongo is slowly getting better about going to the vet. Thanks Petfolk!❤️
