We have been to the Oviedo location three times now with two different pets. Every experience has been wonderful! The staff is very friendly and very good with pets which is important in a good vet's office. They are knowledgeable and helpful and I love the texting feature that they have. Would definitely recommend.
Place is so welcoming. Staff is helpful and friendly and kind. Felt comfortable, heard and confident that baby love got the care, love and help he needed. I'll will be bringing my pets to this place in the future.
Cheeto’s time at petfolk was rather tough, put the care and service that we received was beyond fantastic. He ended up throwing up a treat that they gave him, but they were quick to help me clean it up and get a new pad for his carrier. Pricing was around average for most vets, but they were able to help me figure out how to make things a little bit cheaper as a young lady who is already struggling with money. I will definitely be back
Not good!!! proceeded with examination before telling us that X-ray machine was not working - knowing we needed that!!! Charged for examination and nothing was done :( So much for that fancy cucumber water machine; waste of time and money
Found a kitten and she was needing some immediate care. The team here was super helpful and caring to this little one’s needs. Scheduling was so simple and I had virtually no wait time. I’ll be back for sure and thank you to the team for being so kind and helpful in making the experience a calm one
