Yesterday was our first visit to the petfolk in Oviedo. Check-in for my dog was fast, no wait to enter a patient room and detailed explanations about the visit followed provided by our nurse Joshua and Dr. G. We appreciated the outline of the treatment plan, estimated cost and care. Today we received a follow up text, if all is well. Super clean facility and they provided the care and attention one hopes for!
We visited today for the first time. Friendly staff and our nurse Sarah was great with our Cane Corso.
Yesterday, my cat Sylvester was in pain and lost his balance in his back legs. After taking him to the vet, we found out that his breed has a heart condition. He was only 5 years old. They recommended we go to the emergency room around the corner. The staff here and the doctor were amazing and treated us with such kindness. Unfortunately, they confirmed that Sylvester was suffering, and we had to make the difficult decision to put him down. Thank you so much for treating us like family. Had my fur baby there for an emergency today and they were absolutely amazing with him so caring, so knowledgeable, ever so patient. The nurses and the veterinarian were absolutely Genuine with their care. Definitely switching to them for our veterinarian care and I highly recommend them
I brought my two month old kitten Peanut in because he had eye issues. Everyone there was fantastic they diagnosed him and sent him on his way with medication. They were very caring, loving towards Peanut.
