My mother’s dog was vomiting for 24 hours. Being she’s less than 10 lbs, we took her to Pet Folk as it was after hours and our regular vet was closed. We were informed that she had low platelets and that she needed to be taken to an emergency vet immediately. They said she had 26000. Her platelet count was ran the next day and it was at 460000. The pathologist said there was no way it could jump this much in a day. This was an erroneous error that cost my mother thousands of dollars and emotional distress. Avoid at all costs
Absolutely the worst vet I’ve ever been to!!! I put up $140 of my SSI, and received zero care for my dog!!! I’m currently suing them!!!
This place is amazing. The techs are very patient with the pets. And my dog that usually struggles with strangers, actually lets them love on her. And Dr Guerrido is the best. She takes the time to make sure you understand your options and doesn't just push an agenda.
this pet hospital is incredible and understandable about any situation. from the moment you walk in, the receptionist, Robin is so kind & sweet and very caring. and Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and smart. and the nurse we had George was very gentle with our hurt boy. there aren’t enough words to express how thankful we are for the entire staff here.
