Absolutely wonderful vet! The staff was so nice and helpful! Dr. B is incredible! So compassionate, comfortable, and loving towards my dog that she just met. You can tell she loves her job! She went above and beyond to help me understand what was happening with my dog and was spot on with his diagnosis too! Spent the time with us to listen and assess his symptoms and didn’t hurry us out. Just an all around great experience! -Natalie
Super nice environment, I thought I was walking into a day spa instead of a vet clinic. The technician and Dr. were super nice and thorough with exam.
Best veterinarian I’ve been to in many years! Clinic was super clean and calm. Sarah and Dr. Gerlach were amazing and treat my cat with so much love and care. Minnie Mae is definitely no easy patient, but she really did well and super happy to have this veterinary close by. I will definitely bring my cats here again if necessary in the future! Thank you for the care and patience!
I brought my 11 year old yorkie Maltese here for a dental cleaning and am so glad I did! She likely had never had one before, so her teeth were pretty caked in plaque, but the team at Petfolk was extremely kind and helpful, also answering any of my questions. They were clear with their instructions and with exactly what they were going to do with my girl before they did it which I appreciated. They also were there to greet me and her at every appointment!
