Excellent service on my first visit with my cat, Bean. They were all so kind and helpful. Lovely experience for me and bean.
It was my first visit. I brought my dog in because there was something wrong with her, but not anything I can pinpoint. They spent more then expected time with me explaining everything. They spent time with my dog and took good care of her. They didnt try and up charge me or talk over my head. Very pleased and happy with the staff and the cleanliness of the location. 5 stars for sure.
They are very friendly people, explain as is and help you out. Highly recommended and very appreciated
We had a visit handling the worst day of any pet owner. Their entire team was very professional and empathetic, they were also amazing with our kids as we said our final goodbyes. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.
Great experience as a first time client! My dog had a minor emergency, and I was able to be seen on the same day within two hours of contacting the office. Everyone was incredibly kind and took time to make my very nervous pup feel much less stressed. The veterinarian spent lots of time explaining my dog’s treatment plan and medication. Both vet techs were kind, friendly and very helpful. Nothing but positives for this new business in Huntersville.
