My 14 year old cat had a viral and bacterial infection when I adopted him recently. He started coughing and sneezing. His respirations were pretty fast as well. My vet doesn’t have Saturday hours, but Petfolk did, so I made an appointment for him to be seen. The entire staff were kind and treated Simba very well. He had pneumonia, the vet prescribed antibiotics and gave me further instructions. I would highly recommend them!
Everyone in the Huntersville location were friendly. They were thorough in their care and answered all my questions. They quickly got tests done and explained the results. They made me feel comfortable bringing my dog there.
Axel had a very pleasant visit! As a breed, German Shepherds are pretty anxious but they quickly put him at ease with how gentle and patient they were with him. He was the goodest boy! Lots of pets and treats and he didn't even know he'd gotten a shot 🤣 I loved how open the facility was! I hate feeling closed off and I know that being able to watch everything that was going on out there really helped Axel too! Great people, great place and reasonable pricing! Highly recommend!
Visiting Petfolk for the first time was a very pleasing experience at a time when my cat needed care and treatment. Staff was so very friendly, the facility so very nice and the care and after instructions were clear carefully explained. We will absolutely go to Petfolk again and will recommend them to others!
Very friendly and informed staff. My dog got nervous and a kind assistant helped me put a muzzle on him. Vey good service.
