Maybe I came at a time where everybody wanted to go home but Dr.Bailey Debbs was not the friendliest doctor. She seemed very indifferent and just there to do a job. We will stick to the one in Ballantyne.
Our experience here was phenomenal!! Dr. Jenkins truly has magical hands when it comes to your loved companion and Bennie felt so comfortable in his care. Nicole T. also went above and beyond making sure Bennie was well taken care of every step of the way. The location is super convenient,scheduling an appointment is easy, and we love how flexible the team is. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for amazing veterinary care!! 🦮🐕🦺🐈🐈⬛🐩🐕
This was our first visit to Petfolk with our new puppy and we are very happy we went. Dr. Curtis was extremely professional, thorough, and nice. Even more impressive is the vet tech (do not know her name) that checked us in and answered every single question we had about vaccines. She was extremely knowledgeable and educated us on how the vaccines work and why they are recommended, but both acknowledged that some vaccines are a lifestyle choice and did not push us to get them. We had an appointment this morning and couldn’t be happier with the care our cat received. The staff was so kind and gentle, and the vet took the time to answer all of our questions. We really appreciate the thorough care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
I have been taking my dog Pisco to Petfolk for a couple years and our experience is always great ! Everyone is very attentive and professional !
