This place is cleaner than most doctors office. Excellent service. Excellent crew.
I always get a sweet and caring doctor for my cat.
We have several pets going to this clinic and I cannot say enough great things about this location, the app, and the chat option. They took my cat directly into oral surgery as soon as we walked in the door when another vet continued putting off the surgery for two months because of a sickness. I love the view records option and the fact that you can go directly to order medication. The vets and techs we’ve seen have been amazing. We will never use another vet.
The experience from booking an appointment, to then receiving reminder messages, all the way to the in person customer service levels were outstanding! They cared for my dog with empathy, professionalism and with great gentleness. Josh and Dr. Portela were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend!!
Excellent doctor an excellent staff, the waiting was extremely long, however, after meeting with the Dr., she apologized , i understood after she spent a long time explaining everything to me about my special needs dog, which I totally appreciated. This is why she was running behind
