Very helpful and friendly staff, super energetic. I definitely recommend to bring your pet here, excellent customer service.
I cannot truly express the gratitude I feel towards everyone at Petfolk. From the second I walked through the door with an emergency, I was greeted with kindness and compassion. Everything has been transparent from the care to the costs. The teamwork is amazing. Everyone takes a hand at everything and it all works out so well. My son was/is treated as if he was their own. My son has/had several visits and it’s has been the same care/kindness/compassion every single visit.
Everyone is so friendly and caring. They treat your pet so wonderful.
My dog is usually very anxious any time I take him to the vet. Walking into PetFolk he is anxious but as soon as the staff approaches him he gets excited and gives them puppy kisses! This office by far has been the best we have been to! Highly recommend!
Michelle was an amazing and knowledgeable vet tech. Dr. Randall was caring and wonderful. They took time and we never felt rushed. Best vet experience ever!!
