Their service Dept is a group of the most arrogant group of people I have ever encountered. We took our RV for warranty work and they tried making us sign something that we would pay $229 even after we provided the receipt showing it was in the warranty period. They talked down to my husband and I ended up calling the manufacturer again but Pete’s wouldn’t reason with anything we said. The lady that scheduled us the appt NEVER said anything about us having to sign that form. What a waste of a 2 hour drive there and back!!! T... read more
Christine, Ken and Rick were excellent during the walk thru! They were very thorough and explained everything in a relatable understanding way. My wife and I enjoyed our purchase experience from Pete’s in Schererville, Indiana.
Great team over there! Doing some 1st time shopping. It was so much fun. Jennifer and Bruce were super friendly and courtious. Can wait to continue the dream!
