We traded in a used 5th wheel for a new Artic Wolf 5th wheel and Brenda was there for us to get that done. As everyone knows new 5th wheels are very expensive. I'm thankful Brenda was there to help. We live out of state so a lot had to get done by phone and unlike some sales people, Brenda would return all calls. She did all the work required from negotiations to explaining all the nuances with regulations from different states. So far we are very happy with Pete's RV and would make the drive to do it again if necessary!
Great experience purchasing my new camper - worth the drive from PA to work with the staff at Pete's RV. Brenda Miller was a great salesperson to work with remotely, after hours, etc. on my purchase. Luis the sales manager and Ken the service manager were also professionals and helped make the process seamless. Go to Pete's, ask for Brenda.
We had a great experience at Pete's RV. Brenda, our salesperson, was great. She answered all our questions, was knowledgeable about RVs and was very helpful and easy to deal with. The finance guy was also great to deal with. We drove from out of state and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Pete's RV again.
I have to start outnby saying we shopped around went to several rv shows and decided to buy local which I like doing. Bruce was great in sales went back and forth with emails on several units, we decided to go have a look around. Found unit that we liked walked out due to low ball value of trade after talking it over we decided to go ahead and purchase the unit we liked.
