After giving a 1 star, I was able to get ahold of service and they have taken care of everything. I appreciate their time and effort on my situation.
From the first day to the time we picked up our unit the staff has been amazing!! My hat goes off to my salesman Bruce!! He’s the absolute best! He listened to what we wanted and needed, showed us what fit our criteria and helped us make an informed decision! A+++++++++ to Bruce Almighty!!

My wife and I went in on Saturday and made. A decision on a new travel trailer. Redena was amazing. Signed paperwork to make our dream come true. Scheduled pickup for Thursday at 1530. We show up Thursday and are told there is a damaged part and the service is working on it. So they continue the orientation as service is working on trailer. We notice the trailer is still in the same spot as Saturday, extremely dirty and not prepared for delivery at all.
