A+ service and Jeremy went out of his way to replace water heater within four hours of calling him. This was a warrantee replacement and it went seamless.

Old tank water heater went out and called everybody around the metro including my 20 year go to plumber, but everybody was way overpriced. Replacing a tank is actually fairly straightforward. Price was so high for a tank replacement that I started looking at a tankless water heater and Jeremy shot me a really fair price for parts and labor. Was just a few hundred bucks more than a run of the mill tank replacement but three times the warranty!
