Customer Service is Horrible! This is one of the worst companies that I have ever worked with. The lack organization and commitment to customers is ridiculous. They commit to providing services within a certain amount of time and do not stick to those dates. Not to mention the lack or organization from their outsourced accounting team is horrendous.
