I spoke to Lucia, who checked my car in/out, collected my payment, and gave me my receipt. She was very personable. I’ve known Pete’s for over 20 years. They took great care of my 1995 BMW 218I. When my warranty expired on my new BMW, I chose Pete’s for service. They are under new management. I needed a strut, new battery, and overall service. The bill was expensive, but I’m satisfied with the service and feel my car will run like new with their great care. Thank you Pete’s.
I had an incredibly upsetting and unprofessional experience with Pete’s Inc that left me shaken and in tears. Today I spoke with Greg.
