This is my third time buying from Pete's. Every time has been an absolute pleasure. I can't say enough about Jade. She is an all-around GREAT EMPLOYEE, very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, etc... I'm a business manager myself. You guys should keep Jade forever and give her a big raise. Ordered a seat asy and only received the seat back. i was informed it would be 2 weeks to receive the bottom. It has been 2 weeks. I have left a message and no call back. Now sitting on hold for over 10 minutes with no answer.
