I hired “Pete” at the end of July 2014 for an upcoming home purchase of a 1973 3/2 brick /split level ranch w. partial basement – totaling about 2,200 sqft. I had first looked at other inspection services with more online reviews and even cheaper offers, but my choice fell to Pete as (unlike many others) he also included the lead-based paint test and 48-hour radon monitoring test.
