This was our go-to car wash because of the great vacuums until the mechanical arm came crashing down on the back of my car, causing damage. I have been told multiple times that they'll cover part of the cost of repairs, but 2 months and 3 estimates later, I have yet to receive any payment. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
