Never heard a company tell me in order to see something they have in a warehouse that I need to put money down to see something that they have in stock good luck with your business I will purchase elsewhere

Service department is terrible given price for 20 hour service on phone took mule to service department verified price again left vehicle get call next day telling me they need another $350 to adjust valves told them forget it picked mule up took to Glen Burnie Motorsports
Pete’s in Severna Park has gone above and beyond for me. When purchasing my new bike, Greg made sure to get me on the perfect ride at the best price. Maggie secures me am awesome deal that I couldn’t pass up. Patty helped size me for a new helmet, and I could tell she was a pro at fitting. Aaron in the parts department is always a pleasure to work with, and always gets me anything I need. You can’t go wrong with Pete’s in Severna Park!
I’ve been pondering the idea of buying a motorcycle from Pete’s cycle in Severna park for almost 2 years now. Andrew and his co workers are the absolute best people to buy a bike from. Made the buying experience easy and relaxing. Down to earth and honest people. 100% if you’re looking for a great place to purchase a motorcycle go see Andrew at Pete cycles and he’ll work with you and help you out for sure. Pete's cycle will never earn my business EVER. Whoever the hell Greg is, needs to be fired immediately. This guy was beyond rude, has no professionalism, and could use some schooling in grammar and spelling when responding to e-mails. To tell a customer that is clearly in the right to "get a grip on reality!" is beyond my comprehension. Great way to treat a veteran. These people don't deserve ANYONE's business, especially fellow veterans. Find a different dealer!
drive Two hrs to go look at a used Goldwing. as soon as we got there, we were told someone just put a deposit on it!!! Spent 15 minutes to look around and we were completely ignored on the sales floor. I guess salesman in this place are get paid hourly... I wouldn't buy anything in this place even if it is a gold. By the way, bike with deposit is still listed for sale!!!!
Our experience at Pete's Cycle couldn't have been better! The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and approachable. We were greeted by Andrew Archnick, who ended up helping us decide on our new PWC. Andrew did a phenomenal job walking us through the different platforms and made the entire experience enjoyable. We are thrilled with our purchase and we are confident we made the right decision thanks to Andrew. I highly recommend Pete Cycle, Severna Park!
Maggie, Greg, and John were absolute rock stars! When my bank messed up my loan they put the extra time in to get me on the road that day on a new MT10! They even ended up saving me some money! I'd highly recommend working with this team to anyone looking to buy a motorcycle. Greg took care of me every time I called or came in. Maggie took great care to make sure all my paperwork was correct and explained everything fully. once again, can't recommend these guys enough.
