Debbie W. McKinney, TX I had an ink spot in my carpet and tried cleaning it with suggestions from the Internet and in doing so it caused the carpet to pull out of the backing leaving a nice hole. I called Pete and explained what had happened and that I was having to move that next week and didn't know what to do. He came over that same day and was able to repair it. Excellent I had my carpet cleaned about 2 weeks ago and I am so glad I did. I bought my house a few months ago and the carpet was filthy and stained in many areas. We rented one of those "do it yourself" steamers and it didn't help one bit. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet but decided to see if having it professionally cleaned would help. The BEST carpet cleaning I have ever seen. Simply put, this company is the BEST. We have used many of the other companies, but Pete's Carpet Cleaning is the best there is, hands down. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Pete took time to explain everything he did. Gave us free bottles of cleaners. Got out stains the other cleaners didn't. Fair Price. Excellent work. BEST in Town, Hands Down! We used Pete's Carpet Cleaning in our rent home in Frisco, TX. Got his number fron the IICRC.org website. Very professional, yet personable. Did a fantastic job, couldn't be any better. We were going to replace one room with new carpet, but didn't need to after Pete's Carpet Cleaning did their magic. WOW is all I could keep saying. Pete took the time to redye an small laundry bleach stain too. I can't even tell where that area was now. INCREDIBLE JOB.
