My wife has been using this facility for quite a few years, and it has always provided excellent service, but last night's experience was not up to par. I don't know if they relied on what was listed on the door regarding recommended tire pressure, but even though the sales receipt said that all tires were at 30 PSI, 2 were at 32 and 2 at 26! My wife recently purchased a new car and while returning home from church she encountered a brief shower which left a light road film on the car below the side trim and below the rear bumper. Therefore, she elected stopped the Peterson's Soft Cloth Car Wash located at 1016 N Queen St. in Martinsburg, WV. where the staff performed what she thought was their standard ¿Soft Cloth¿ car wash service for $7.50! Worst car wash I ever had, I have been going to for years. Today I it wash got home and the windows were so spotted I had to wash every one. The wheels rims were not even touch. But worst was the entire car had water spot so much so that I will have to get wash again. As the saying goes you get what you paid for. So another business in Martinsburg losses another customer and one who has used him for years.
