Fast, efficient, professional. Better than national chain, and multiple onsite perks w/ every oil change. Highly impressed. 2025 Edit: Peterson's stands behind their work. At least 5 individuals worked together to make sure I was taken care of, on a late Sunday evening, as everyone was home, or going home. One was even not part of your franchise, but was able to contact you, and handle my frantic calls while already working at capacity. Peterson’s Oil and Lube is one of the few places I really trust with my car. The staff is always polite and careful, and they treat my vehicle with respect. They get the job done right the first time, and it’s always quick. One of my favorite things is the TV screen that shows what the tech is doing underneath the car - it’s a great touch that makes you feel informed and confident in the service.
