I'm only giving a star because the site will not let me post unless I give one. They are so terrible that they do not deserve even one star. They have terrible customer service. Both me and my mom have had trouble with them fixing watches in a timely fashion and they lied to both of us about when the watches would be done. Great service bought diamond earring here a while back and they fixed a concord Saratoga watch for me that no other shop coul replace the strap. So I am happy with petersons
5 out of 5 stars. Best Rolex /Cartier repair shop I ever been to. They fixed my Cartier watch for half what the Cartier dealer charged me just 3 years ago. It was 950 + tax. Mark at petersons jewelry in Newton ma did the full Rolex repair for just 500.
I had a great experience buying my diamond engagement ring at Peterson's, very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Both Nina and Mark were very friendly and professional. I picked out a beautiful round 2 carat GIA certified diamond with a unique setting. I highly recommend shopping at Peterson's Jewelry, they have a great selection with unusual pieces.
