Great place
Always have great experience with the vets at the clinic. They are efficient and friendly. I usually have questions and they have the answer or make every attempt to find it. Sometimes the waiting area gets a little congested, but i'm so happy to see animals getting the care they need. I think the new location will also help with the congestion. I never hesitate to call and ask a question and my dogs medication refill requests are typically filled within the hour.

Just when I was about happy with this place the receptionist goes and ruins my spirit. Besides the fact the vet techs think they know everything and look at your pet with disgust if they haven't been bathed before they come in I've gotten nothing but great care from the actual veterinarian. I do think the regular vet that I saw there now is at grand valley, which I love that place! I have had cats & dogs. My cat had an accident and was told by a Vet who was on call that I would have to amputate his foot. I decided to wait ( wasn't in pain) and brought him to Peterson's during office hours. Hans was able to keep his foot after trying other measures. Have also had rescue English Bulldogs with health issues. They have had great care!
Wouldnt take our dogs anywhere but here they are awesome!!!!!
