Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. I had them do an oil change which should have had our truck out of commission for a few hours, but it ended up taking a week after errors in ordering wrong parts. They cost us thousands of dollars in lost revenue. They were unapologetic and invoiced us their top of the market rates. You can just tell when a company has management issues that trickle all the way through the organization. This place has that feel.
