Drove 4 hours for a vehicle that we put a deposit down 3 weeks prior and got there to find out that they don’t match our bank’s interest rate like we were promised by the salesman. We not only immediately drove there once we got the call it was in, we were promised everything was ready to go, but ended up being there for over 3 hours. Good inventory to review. My salesman,Elvis,was awesome. The buying process went well and explanations were presented well. Was allowed ample time to consider additional coverage. Overall a great experience.
The ability to direct me to the vehicle that best meets my needs was very gratifying. Troy also spent hours of his time answering all my questions and pointing out the great features of my new vehicle. My only complaint is the horrible amount of time it takes to complete the transaction. We started at about 1:30 and didn’t leave the dealership until almost 6pm. This is the second car I have purchased from Peterson Toyota and just don’t understand why it takes so much time.
