So, I brought my 2016 4Runnier in for 60,000 mile service on Oct. 10, 2025 (incidentally, this service costs right at $1000) and when the car was returned to me, the dash cam was unplugged from the inside. I was going to buy a car from them but decided against it. They promised to give back my deposit multiple times. I made several calls over the span of several months and was told it was in finance , the right person to talk to isn't in, the manager isn't around for approval etc. Being strung along with multiple attempts to resolve something that they said they were going to do and then didn't follow through with is completely unprofessional.
