Great office, very caring and informative. I knew they would be on time and they were. Jenn, the medical assistant, was also very helpful and friendly!
Susan and Shirene are wonderful. They make you feel at ease and listen to all your questions and concerns. Very professional.
Susan Peterson is a very warm and genuine person. She takes the time to listen to the patient. I find that she is very knowledgable in her field. I have no concern seeing Susan, who is an RPA-C (certified registered physician's assistance), vs the Dr. himself.
Susan Peterson and her assistant Jennifer were wonderful. Very friendly, polite, punctual, and very accommodating. Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The office was immaculate and very welcoming as well. The entire staff was excellent. I would highly recommend this practice and Susan Peterson to anyone looking for a well established Dermatology Practice.
Susan Peterson has treated me for 1 year now. She's professional, knowledgeable, caring & personal. Both she & Elizabeth her Nurse were most helpful in caring for the 2 problem skin areas I had on my face & leg. Dr. Susan Peterson is my dermatologist for over 5 years.She and her assistant Shirene, have always been friendly and very professional. I feel confident in her practice and secure that I am receiving the best care in the WNY AREA.
Dr. Peterson is empathetic. and thorough. She has great people skills , encouraging you to ask questions and she listens.
She's great!!! Very good with her patients - highly recommend!!
The new location is extremely clean and customer friendly. The staff was courteous and kind. I felt very comfortable and believed I was in good hands.
