Anna answered the phone and was VERY unfriendly and very unenthusiastic. I greeted her in a bubbly matter and asked if I could ask her a few questions if she had a moment and she responded with "QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT?" Which I replied with " Ummmm the services you provide".. She then responded with a dull tone and acted as if I inconvenienced her in the middle of her bad mood.. You guys should maybe have someone who seems to enjoy her job a little more answer your phones. VERY unprofessional Karen.. OOPs I mean ANNA!
