I recently used Richard’s Heating and Air and the attentiveness and service exceeded my expectations. I left a voicemail after hours and they followed up the very next day and I was able to receive same day service. Al - my technician was also great providing a second opinion on substandard work I had received. Their prices were also very reasonable, particularly for R22/Freon for an older unit. I highly recommend them.
Al Gonzalez gave me excellent customer service. He was on time and checked everything on my maintenance plan for a/c. I will recommend him whenever I need service.
