The staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr Kemp is thoughtful and cares about his patients
I've been here for 10 years and the doctor is super friendly, as is the staff. Dr. Kemp is the only one who correctly prescribes my glasses. I have gone to other places and return with Doctor Kemp.
I have been coming here for over 15 years and today was the worse experience ever! The ladies at the front are extremely rude! They literally scheduled my appointment and erased it out of the book. The older lady was I believe Mirna was empathetic. The young lady with the ponytail was very very rude and even refused to give me her name. I drove nearly a hour to come here and rearrange my other appointments for her to tell me to come back we accidentally erased you out of the book. Horrible customer service
Our yearly exam came up and I recommended this office to my husband. He scheduled an appointment was supposed to be seen today (8/17/22) so the office called to verify insurance. After providing all the information they said nothing was coming up for coverage. I spoke with my HR department to ensure everything was correct on our end which it was.
